The property was the former BASF/Enka complex. The main entrance to the proposed new development will be from Highway 19/23 and will feature a new 5 lane bridge over Hominy Creek, as well as railroad tracks into the property. The famous clock tower is being preserved (with the ENKA letters going back up) as the center's historic landmark.
